ASTORMEL-20

ASTORMEL-20 contains Atorvastatin, a lipid-lowering agent from the statin class. It works by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis in the liver. This results in a significant reduction in total cholesterol, LDL (bad cholesterol), triglycerides, and a modest increase in HDL (good cholesterol), thereby helping reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
