AXEGLOW-HT is a topical cream for skin lightening. Hydroquinone reduces melanin production, Tretinoin (a retinoid) increases skin cell turnover to enhance penetration, and Mometasone (a corticosteroid) reduces the inflammation that can be caused by the other ingredients.
Indications

Short-term treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma.

Treatment of other forms of hyperpigmentation like freckles and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (under strict medical supervision).
Side Effects

Skin redness, peeling, burning, and dryness (common with Tretinoin).

Itching and stinging at the application site.

Photosensitivity (increased risk of sunburn).

Skin thinning or discoloration with prolonged use.

Risk of exogenous ochronosis (bluish-black discoloration) with long-term Hydroquinone use.
